How to make an order?
Use the form or leave a private message. We will definitely call you back and discuss the details of the order. Your order is considered accepted upon receipt of at least 50% of the prepayment to the bank card. We will inform you of the details after all the details have been agreed.
Deadlines
The average lead time is 4-7 days, depending on the complexity and size.
When the picture is ready:
I am sending you a photo of the finished work. Small adjustments are possible if necessary. Next, you need to pay the remaining amount of the order and inform me about the convenient delivery method for you.
Delivery methods
I will send the item within 1 day of receiving full payment. The cost and time of delivery is set by the delivery company. We usually work with FeedEx and DHL.
Return
Refunds are not provided, becauseall the details of the painting are discussed in advance and a detailed layout is approved before starting work. We send you a photo of the finished work, and the picture will be carefully packed for sending.
Discounts
- 10% for repeat order.
- 10% "Early order", at least 2 months before the final deadline.
